Every problem is first truly understood, brainstormed over, discussed with all possible stakeholders and then acted upon. If given 6 hours to cut a tree, Garv likes to sharpen our axes for 2 hours first. Planning is heavily focused on as well planned is half done.
All employees and interns are recognised as members of #TechTribe and the culture is aimed to keep it as uber-cool yet efficient and work-oriented.
